Refund Policy
At Tees and Tales, we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with our products. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, our return and refund policy is outlined below:
Returns and Exchanges
- Return Period: You have 5 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return or exchange. Additionally, please allow 5-7 days for the returned product(s) to reach us.
- Reverse Pick-Up: We offer reverse pick-up services. A reverse shipment fee of Rs 100 will be deducted from the refund per order, regardless of the number of items within that order.
- Pick-Up Attempts: Pick-up will be attempted thrice. If the courier company is unable to pick up the shipment, you will need to send the shipment back to our company address.
- Product Condition: Please return the product(s) in the same condition as it was shipped. If the products are returned in poor condition or have been clearly worn, a refund or return will not be processed.
- Processing Time: Kindly allow 7 days for the return to be processed and for the amount to reflect in your bank account.

- Cancellations: Cancellations are only possible if the order has not been dispatched from our warehouse.

Non-Serviceable Areas: If your pincode is non-serviceable for a reverse pick-up, you will need to courier the product(s) to the following address:

- Packaging: Ensure the items are packed securely to prevent any loss or damage during transit. Include the ORDER ID and registered mobile number on the packaging. All items must be in unused condition with all original tags attached and packaging intact.
- Refund Processing: Within 48 hours of receiving the product(s), the complete amount will be processed.
Terms and Conditions
- Bank Account Details: The bank account details provided by the customer would be final. Any error in the details provided by the customer would not be the responsibility of Tees and Tales.
- Delivery Discrepancies: If you have received an SMS or EMAIL indicating order delivery status but have not received the product, please contact us within 24 hours via WhatsApp at +91 7527010454.
- Product Care: The customer must take utmost care of the product(s) while in their possession. This includes all product instructions, documents, and wrappings, returning the product(s) in the same condition as received.
- Product Issues: If the product does not conform to the standards at the time of delivery, promptly contact us via email at teesandtails1@gmail.com or WhatsApp at +91 7527010454within 1 day of receiving the products.
- Examination and Notification: Upon return of the product, we will fully examine it and notify the customer of their right to a refund (if any) via e-mail within a reasonable period. We aim to process the refund as soon as possible and, in any case, within 30 working days from the day we confirmed to the customer via e-mail that they are entitled to a refund.
